个人简介

唐伯惠,男,湖南东安人。国家级重大人才工程特聘教授、云南省兴滇英才云岭学者,昆明理工大学国土资源工程学院副院长,二级教授、博士生导师,曾任中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所研究员、中国科学院大学岗位教授。兼任云南省定量遥感重点实验室主任,云南省教育厅高原遥感重点实验室主任,云南省天空地一体化山地灾害智慧监测国际联合实验室主任,自然资源部高原山区自然资源定量遥感智慧监测创新团队负责人,云南省高原遥感创新团队负责人高原遥感云南省博士生导师团队负责人,高原遥感创新团队党支部书记。在学术领域,担任全球定量遥感国际论坛(RAQRS)科学委员会委员,国际数字地球学会数字热带亚热带专委会副主任委员中国遥感应用协会热红外遥感专委会主任委员,中国测绘学会摄影测量与遥感专委会副主任委员,中国地理信息产业协会农业农村地理信息工委会副主任委员等。

主要从事定量遥感机理建模与参数反演以及遥感应用基础研究。先后主持承担了国家973项目子课题、863重点项目课题、国家重点研发计划专题、国家自然科学基金重点项目/面上项目、中科院知识创新工程重要方向项目课题以及欧盟项目课题等40余项。迄今共发表高水平学术论文321,其中SCI论文191入选20242025年度全球前2%顶尖科学家榜;授权国际/国家发明专利39项,获得软件著作权20项,制定遥感学科相关国家标准10部、团体标准3部,撰写专著3部、译著1部;获国家自然科学二等奖(第二完成人)1项、教育部自然科学二等奖等省部级奖励6项。

学习及工作经历

2013.07 – 2014.06 法国斯特拉斯堡大学,访问学者;

2009.08 – 2010.01 国际山地综合发展中心(ICIMOD)从事地表参数遥感反演合作研究;

2004.09 – 2007.06 中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所,地图学与地理信息系统,获博士学位;

2001.09 – 2004.06 中国科学院中国遥感卫星地面站,地图学与地理信息系统,获硕士学位;

1995.09 – 1999.06 武汉测绘科技大学,地图学与地理信息系统,获学士学位。

主要研究成果

(1) 首次提出了仅利用卫星遥感数据大气顶部观测值直接估算不同天气状况下地表短波净辐射的新方法,首创了MODIS 数据大气顶部通道表观反射率向宽通道反照率转换模型,完全满足了利用高空间分辨率卫星数据计算地表短波净辐射的遥感需求,为地表短波净辐射的遥感估算研究开辟了新的途径。

(2) 首次提出了仅利用卫星传感器大气顶部观测数据直接估算大气下行辐射的新方法,创建了直接利用MODIS 传感器大气顶部热红外通道数据计算大气下行辐射的遥感估算模型,实现了高分辨率大气下行辐射的遥感精确反演。

(3) 首次提出了白天中红外数据中地表双向反射率的双通道遥感反演新方法,创建了白天中红外通道地表双向反射率遥感反演模型、地表方向发射率遥感反演模型以及地表温度遥感反演模型,实现了中红外数据反射辐射和发射辐射的有效分离

(4) 率先建立了窄通道发射率向宽通道发射率转换模型,首次实现了全谱段地表发射率的遥感反演,为估算全波段地表发射率扫除了技术障碍

(5) 建立了沙尘气溶胶情况下地表温度反演误差的改正模型、近地表大气存在逆温情况下地表温度遥感反演模型以及高空薄云情况下地表温度的遥感反演模型,提高了沙尘气溶胶、近地表存在逆温以及高空薄云情况下地表温度的遥感反演精度

(6) 发展了我国新一代气象卫星(FY-2FY-3)和高分卫星(GF-5)热红外地表温度的遥感反演方法,提出了地表温度、地表发射率和大气可降水汽含量分组的思路,创建了通用分裂窗地表温度遥感反演模型,提高了地表温度的遥感反演精度,为我国气象卫星和高分卫星数据的遥感应用提供了技术支持
